Technical support is available in a variety of methods to support all MNPS students, staff and families.

Technology Assistance Center

  • The Technology Assistance Center is available staff between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. 
    • Technicians can help with device issues and support for issues related to login access.

Please note, you may experience long wait times at the beginning of the school year or after district breaks.

Technology Support for Students

  • Students should obtain technology support through their registered school.  School staff can coordinate support for obtaining computer repairs/replacments, provide basic assistance with computer programs for both acccess and operations, and can perform password resets for their students.
  • To avoid afer hours access issus related to password expiration or forgotten passwords, students are encouraged to sign up for the Self-Service Password Reset option.  This must be done ahead of time.  Please follow the steps in this linked document to make sure you don't get locked out of your MNPS account.  Self-Service Password Reset Setup
